Formal Application


At FSN, we have all our potential candidates fill out a Formal Application outlining, their experience, education, any accolades, and relevant job strengths.

Phone Screening


We do a detailed phone screening including a character analysis and representation assessment.

Virtual Application 

We conduct a Virtual Interview to better familiarize ourself with the nanny’s personality, goals, beliefs and qualifications.

Background Check


A 7 year BG Check is completed on each candidate.

MVR Check



A 3 year MVR check is completed for DUIs, DWIs, major traffic violations, valid insurance and valid drivers license. Any minor traffic violations will be noted in the contract and available upon request.

Reference Check


We verify at least 3 personal and/or professional references.

Social Media Review


We review the candidates public Social Media Profiles to ensure they align with our core values and beliefs.

08

CPR/First Aid Certification


We check all candidates and verify that they have current and valid CPR/FA certifications.
