All candidates fill out a formal application outlining, their experience, education, accolades, and relevant job strengths.
Our recruitment team will perform a phone screening on all applicants.
We conduct a virtual interview to better familiarize ourself with the nanny’s personality, goals, beliefs and qualifications.
A 7 year criminal background check is completed on each candidate.
We complete a motor vehicle report on candidates. We check the driving history of candidates.
We verify 3 personal and 3 professional references.
We review the candidates public social media account s to ensure they align with our core values and beliefs
We verify that candidates have a current and valid CPR and First Aid certification.
