At FSN we prioritize transparency and timely communication. This is necessary to ensure we are able to effectively navigate through all of our processes quickly as well as being respectful of our nannies time as well. In most cases, our nannies are interviewing for multiple positions at a time, so we want to make certain that we are able to place nannies with parents of interest as soon as possible.

Uphold the terms of my FSN Contract

When you receive your FSN contract, your terms will be outlined and noted for easy accessibility. We ask that all terms that are discussed and agreed uponbetween you and your nanny are upheld. Our nannies are professional, educated and qualified caretakers and we want to make sure their needs are being considered and respected.

No side contracts without consent

At FSN, we will draw up a contract with all agreed upon terms. We ask that if at any point the terms need to be revised, that you reach out to us so that we can update and provide clarity of any new terms to your nanny.  We understand that sometimes things change.

Consistent Schedule/Guaranteed Hours

Our nannies take their positions seriously and for many this is their only form of income. With that being said, it is very important that the nanny is able to receive a consistent schedule and benefits so that they are able to navigate their personal finances successfully

No outstanding balances during any part of the process

During our process, we collect payment at 3 points. At hire of FSN, before the 1stround of candidates are sent and prior to the selected nanny’s start date. For us to move on the next process, payment must be received up front.
